HOW WE LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU

1. Consultation

Get to know us as we get to you know. Even though we would love to work with everyone, not every production is a perfect fit for our team. When we are going to be a part of a creative team, we like to feel that spark and know that we can mesh with people with whom we will be putting in the long hours. It is that energy that creates the special shows. If we are not the right fit, there are never any hurt feelings and we are happy to have had the opportunity. In many cases, we can in fact help guide you to find a better fit for your project.

2. Proposal

Once we know this is a good fit, we move to a basic proposal. If you have a budget, great! We will work very hard to give you the best show for the money. The collaboration starts at this point. If our proposal is not what you are looking for, tell us and we will go back to the drawing board. This is the best way for you, the client, to get the value you want and show you deserve.

3. Design

Once under contract, the fun begins. We will work hand in hand with your team to design for the ground up or integrate our part of the show with the rest of the elements to be seamless. We are able to previsualize in several different ways from simple pictures and video to full 3D so we can integrate our work into your show flow from full show creation to special effect elements. For show control, we can timecode all the elements to be in perfect sync. The options are endless

4. Activate

Once the planning and design are finalized, our team brings your vision to life. We handle everything — from stage setup and lighting design to audio-visual integration and on-site coordination. Our experts ensure every technical detail is executed flawlessly so you can focus on enjoying the moment. With seamless execution and high-quality equipment, we transform your ideas into unforgettable experiences.
