DEF CON 32 (DC32) Las Vegas - August 8-11

Tag Team Productions (TTP) is honored to serve DEF CON 32 (DC32) as their Official Service Contractor (OSC) at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), this August of 2024. TTP is assisting in the migration of DC32 to LVCC. As this is a new facility this migration will involve many policies which are new, or different, from previous years. TTP offers Advance Warehousing, Drayage Services, On-Site Load/Unload Services, and Return Freight Handling and Shipping. 

• No freight for DC32 may be advanced or shipped to TTP’s warehouse that arrives prior to June 20th, 2024.
• No deliveries, which have not been explicitly scheduled with the Dockmaster (or a member of TTP’s freight team), will be accepted on-site at LVCC.
• On-site Return Shipping Services will be made available during Village, Community, Competition, Exhibitor, and Vendor move-out.

Although Las Vegas Convention Center policy allows for the hand carrying of goods and packages into the Convention Center, LVCC strictly forbids the use of carts, dollies, and/or pallet jacks through the Front of House (FOH) doors. 
TTP will be providing the sole freight handling services provided at the loading dock. There is no charge for TTP to handle your freight, provided your freight does not require a forklift, and was not shipped to our advance warehouse. 
For insurance purposes, Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors will not be allowed unload their vehicles on the loading dock. TTP has designed a process specifically to allow for your constant custody of your freight while TTP unloads and then delivers your freight to your space inside LVCC. 
Goods which are not safely packed or secured will be required to be taken offsite (out of the loading dock yard space) for Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors to safely/securely repack freight prior to TTP’s handling of your freight. 
All scheduling, operation, and authority for activities on the Loading Dock belong to the TTP appointed Dockmaster. The Dockmaster is here to help you while ensuring the safe and secure operation of the freight handling area.
Please note that all empty boxes or any other goods which are flammable must be disposed of or labeled with a TTP provided “Empty” label and removed from the LVCC Expo Halls and Meeting Rooms. Empty Labels are provided for all freight which is received at TTP’s Advance Warehouse. All stored empty goods which were not received at TTP’s Advance Warehouse must be purchased for $5.00 per “Empty” label. When TTP picks up your “Empty” labeled parcels, they will schedule the return of your empties and strive to be timely in their return delivery.

• All Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors who wish to utilize TTP’s freight services must register once Freight Registration Link is published and made active. Your Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors Freight Registration must include a valid and active form of Credit Card Payment. 
• Freight which arrives without an associated form of payment included for the Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors will be refused. 
• Packages for the Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors which have not clearly labeled with the  Villages, Communities, Competitions, Exhibitors, and Vendors name and booth/room number will also be refused when delivered.
